The hotel offers rooms with varied decor, some providing lovely views, but overall not up to a great standard. The staff was a mix of rude and unhelpful with some hospitality experience. The location is near the seafront but not directly facing it, providing an attractive square setting. The dining options are limited to just continental fare with a beautiful view. Overall, a mix of positives and negatives that impact the stay.

I absolutely loved staying at this hotel! The little balcony with a bunk bed for the children was super super nice, and the four-poster bed was just dreamy. The service was top-notch, with a staff member always ready to assist. The location in a beautiful square of terraced Regency buildings was a real treat, and the dining with freshly made croissants was delightful. However, the price seemed a bit high for the overall value received.

The hotel is located in a beautiful square of terraced Regency buildings within the posh exterior building they picture. The rooms are equipped with good facilities but feel very tired. The service falls short of expectations at a high price point, with staff being rude and unhelpful. Despite its lovely surroundings, the location is on a quiet square but requires a bit of a walk to reach the city center. Dining offers only continental options and lacks variety. The hotel's facilities are in good condition.
